Scotts’s focus is on relationships, starting with Dianda Construction’s clients and extending to everyone involved in each project are key to the Dianda Construction process that results in a smooth, efficient delivery at completion. He leads the Dianda Construction team in pre-construction planning, estimating, permitting, scheduling, contracts, and quality control. Scott is a versatile construction professional with over 22 years of experience in general contracting and construction management. Scott has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a LEED Green Associate.

Dave Baker Dianda Construction

General Superintendent

Dave leads Dianda’s field operations on a day to day basis, overseeing the superintendents of each project. He has completed numerous premium custom homes and commercial projects during his 33 years in construction. Dave’s ability to coordinate, resolve constructability issues, and keep things on track while building to the highest standards, is second to none. His extensive skill and experience combine to ensure each project is delivered on schedule with the quality each of our client’s expect and deserve when they retain Dianda’s services. Dave has carried his California Contractor’s license since 1992.

Joel Anderson Dianda Construction

Operations Manager/Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, Joel is the point of contact on each of his projects serving as the liason between the client, designer, subcontractors, suppliers and the Dianda team. Joel’s role as Operations Manager has him in charge of the Dianda office, machinery, and resources, coordinating the efforts of management, administrative and field operations. Joel has 32 years of field, office and construction management experience that he shares with each client to help them make well-informed decisions. He has been in business for himself and has worked for the Dianda family for 29 years.

Erica Thomas Dianda Construction

Project Administrator

As project administrator Erica maintains a support role to ensure each project remains organized with constant forward movement within each project.  This includes communication with owners, suppliers, subcontractors, safety teams and Dianda office and field staff. Responsibilities such as job file maintenance, the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, project financial reporting and billing are her primary focus. With 16 years in the construction industry, 3 with Dianda Construction, she has the experience and understanding of what it takes to maintain the enthusiasm, communication and procedures necessary to successfully nurture each project regardless of its magnitude from execution to close out.

Curtis Allec Dianda Construction

Project Manager/Project Engineer

Curtis has a well-rounded background and brings more than 20 years’ experience in management to the Dianda team. Curtis is a graduate of the P.O.S.T academy at TMCC and has also received certifications through TMCC for Hazwoper 40, forklift trainer, and certified crane operator. Curtis has worked as a field technician in civil engineering, was an Operations Manager for hazardous waste remediation & disposal, and spent 12 years in Business management in the commercial roof deck, bridge deck, and residential steel roofing industry. Curtis is a native to the Reno/Sparks area and presently resides in Sparks. He is currently a student at University Of Phoenix and is seeking his degree in construction management.
