Edgewood Tahoe Resort is expanding their luxury offerings with two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and five plus-bedroom guest suites suitable for a weekend getaway or a destination wedding. Adjacent to the resort’s main lodge and fronting the 8th and 9th fairways of the beach-front golf course, these suites are under construction in a sensitive and highly regulated environmental region, around ongoing guest operations, and with snow country constraints on schedule, materials, and labor availability. Plenium Builders is the general contractor for phase 1 of the project consisting of four villas and is moving ahead with phases 2 and 3.
