With blue-collar roots in the Boston construction industry, Ashley understands the initiative and collaborative spirit of working together to achieve something on a large scale. When she began her own construction career, she felt confidence and belonging. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining Plenium Builders, Ashley worked for a home building firm where she used her positive approach to client service and excellent communication skills to proactively keep her team on top of permits and warranty service work. More recently, as an assistant manager for a custom millwork firm, she was drawn in by the fast-paced and dynamic innerworkings of contracting while supporting the project management team keeping orders and documents organized and following through on action items. Hardworking and not at all intimidated by obstacles, Ashley enjoys the daily variety of people, learning, and accomplishments that construction presents. When she is not multi-tasking her way through the latest project, Ashley is snowboarding, reading, dancing, and/or adventuring with her husband and their dogs.
