Mitch likes construction because it gives him the opportunity to make a major, positive impact - for his teammates, his clients, and the community. After learning about the industry from his family, he earned a degree in construction management from California State University, Chico. Before joining Plenium Builders, he worked on new buildings for Oracle Campus, the Sports Book remodel at Silver Legacy Resort & Casino, a low-income housing project and various maintenance projects at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Mitch approaches his work with an eye to stewardship and cooperation as well as a keen understanding of how the pieces fit together. His approach is centered on creating and sustaining long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and trade partners. When he isn't coordinating work in the field, you can find Mitch hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
