Patrick van Epps

Assistant Project Manager

As a mechanical engineering student at Oregon State University, Patrick joined the concrete canoe team, and it helped him realize how much he enjoyed the camaraderie and satisfaction of building. He switched majors and completed his degree in construction engineering management then went right on to become a field engineer for one of the largest firms in the world working on optimization projects at a major U.S. airport. Other past projects include tenant improvements at Google and a commercial kitchen at Meta. Like so many of us in construction, Patrick is drawn in by the thrill of solving big challenges as part of a team. Driven and hardworking but with a friendly approach, he has many interests and hobbies outside of work including cars, skiing, boating, climbing, hiking, snowshoeing, camping, mountain biking, off-roading, traveling, exploring, and cooking.
