Tom is happiest in the field solving coordination issues using his creativity. He has 30 years of industry experience and comes from a family of builders; Tom started “at the end of a broom” helping his father. Tom became a carpenter and learned the basics of plumbing and electrical installation on the job before seeking an industry degree. He enjoys the changes that construction brings; people apply their knowledge and processes to the different challenges that each new project brings. Tom enjoys skiing, snowboarding, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, windsurfing, and dirt biking with his family.
