Repeat client JMA Ventures brought Plenium Builders onto the team to provide preconstruction and construction. Services included design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for their new 164-key Marriott flag hotel located adjacent to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
The team broke ground during a year that saw record winter precipitation. Plenium Builders and the team persevered, and the tech-forward lifestyle hotel was delivered in just 14 months. Regular inspections from Marriott representatives yielded praise as the “cleanest and most quality installation of all our projects in construction.”
