The developer asked PBI to join the team to build their third housing project in Reno, a multi-building complex with at total of 182 units and a three-story parking garage. PB came on board early in the design stages to provide preconstruction assistance, budget guidance and to manage design-assist subcontractor scopes of work in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Over its seven levels, the Here Student Housing facility offers large, open common spaces, a gym, dedicated spaces for yoga, a large bike storage facility, and, within an enclosed courtyard, an outdoor pool and recreation area. Not to mention some exceptional views of the City of Reno from that vantage point.
